1. What RED needs from you
A . Log in information
- Hosting Login (hosting account and/or Cpanel login)
- Current website login information
B. Information Architecture
This can be as simple or as advanced as you like. We need a list of all the pages you would like on the site and how you would like them categorized. If you want to type this out in a Word document, please use tabs to represent sub-pages.
C. Logos and Images
- Your logo (PNG, EPS, or hi-res JPEG)
- Images you want to make sure are used on the new site
- Brand style guide, or list of colors, or any special graphics that are currently being used or which you would like to ensure are used.
In order to start designing the home page and inner pages, we need some information. What content and information do you want and on which pages do you want this content? One way to relay this information to us is through Word document using the page titles as headers and listing the content you want on the page.
3. Wrapping up and going live
Once the full site design has been approved, RED will perform a cross-browser and cross-device check to ensure that your site looks great on the most widely-used platforms and devices.
Then we'll optimize your website's speed and take your website live for your visitors.
After your site is launched, we'll be in touch with you to provide any training required on how to use your new website, and information on our security packages which keep your site humming along smoothly and securely for you and your visitors, while keeping the process worry-free and hassle-free for you.
We are excited to begin working with you!
If you haven’t had a chance yet, please fill out our questionnaire to get the design process started on the right foot.
